Application scope of magnetic powder brake

It is widely used in unwinding and winding tension control in papermaking, printing, plastics, rubber, textile, printing and dyeing, wire and cable, metallurgy and other related winding processing industries. In addition, the magnetic powder clutch can also be used for buffer starting, overload protection, speed regulation, etc. The magnetic powder brake is often used in the dynamometer loading and braking of transmission machinery.

(5) The connection is smooth without impact. The impact of connection is very small, and it can start and stop smoothly without impact. And the resistance torque is very small, which will not cause useless heat.

(6) Suitable for high frequency operation, quick response and special heat dissipation structure, suitable for high frequency operation.

(7) Light weight, maintenance free, long service life, simple and lightweight type, high temperature resistant coil and special grease bearing are used, and special wear-resistant treatment is applied to the armature which is easy to wear, so as to prolong the service life.

1. In order to ensure that the mechanical equipment is always in a good technical state, can be put into operation at any time, reduce the downtime, improve the mechanical integrity rate and utilization rate, reduce mechanical wear and tear, extend the service life of the machinery, reduce the operation and maintenance costs of the machinery, and ensure safe production, it is necessary to strengthen the maintenance of the mechanical equipment

2. The principle of "both maintenance and repair and prevention first" must be carried out in mechanical maintenance. Regular maintenance and compulsory maintenance should be carried out. The relationship between use, maintenance and repair should be correctly handled. It is not allowed to use only but not to maintain, and only to repair but not to maintain

3. All teams and groups must do a good job in the maintenance of all kinds of machinery according to the mechanical maintenance procedures and maintenance categories, without unreasonable delay. The maintenance items, maintenance quality and problems found in maintenance shall be recorded and reported to the special engineer of the Department

5. Maintenance personnel and maintenance department should achieve "three inspections and one handover (self inspection, mutual inspection, full-time inspection and one handover qualification)", constantly summarize maintenance experience and improve maintenance quality

6. The asset management department regularly supervises and inspects the mechanical maintenance of each unit, checks the maintenance quality regularly or irregularly, and rewards the good and punishes the bad.
