弧形辊是一个沿纵向方向看有一定弧度并且由球轴承固定可旋转的辊。由于弧形辊具有一定的弧度，当纸张/薄膜通过弧形辊转动时，在纵向方向上纸张/薄膜将被拉长，来达到舒展幅材的作用，消除幅材进行过程中的褶皱和防止材料分切过程中可能产生的交错。也就是说，弧形辊固定，辊面是可以旋转的弯辊，用于纸张、薄膜、纺织品及类似产品加工设备上。
